New York City Council Member Sarah M. Gonzalez got slapped by the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board (COIB) for misuing her official stationery for a "non-City purpose."
Gonzalez reportedly used Council letterhead to protest a violation placed against her personal residence; all in violation of local law.
