New York County Surrogate Renee Roth retires at the end of this year. In the running for her seat this year are State Supreme Court Justice Milton A. Tingling; John J. Reddy, Jr., one of the two counsel to the Public Administrator of New York County; and Nora Anderson.
Eve Rachel Markewich [who made an unsuccessful bid for the seat now occupied by the Hon. Kris Booth Glen] told this reporter that she is not running. "I enjoy my current practice."
