PARENTAL RIGHTS MAXXED-OUT

In Matter of Raekwon Maxx A. v. Tawana T. , the New York County Family Court terminated a mother's parental rights based upon "permanent neglect."

On appeal, the Appellate Division, First Department, affirmed.

Since the mother had failed to control her volatile temper, the AD1 believed that the child was in imminent danger and that the youngster's interests were best served by terminating the mother's rights and allowing the paternal grandparents to adopt the kid.

So much for a mother's love.
