Please join me at Kevin Powell's Yearly Holiday Party and Clothing Drive!
I support this party every year--it's a great night for a great cause. Just bring clean new or gently worn clothes to donate the SAFE HORIZON STREETWORKS PROJECT, which assists nearly 10,000 NYC homeless young people every year. Please donate coats, scarves, mittens, hats, thermal underwear, sweaters, boots, shirts, slacks, etc--anything to help out in the cold winter months.

What: Kevin Powell's 8th Annual Holiday Party & Clothing Drive
When: Friday, December 12th, 2008
Time: 7pm to Midnight
Where: The Madison, 27 West 24th Street, between 6th avenue and Broadway
Admission is FREE with your donation of clothing. Even if you can't stay for the party, please stop by to drop off some warm clothes and do your part to help those in need this holiday season.
