Robert Finkelstein, one of our named partners, has announced his election to leave the firm. As a result of his departure, the firm will be dissolved effective later today, October 19, 2007.

Effective that same date, Daniel Finkelstein, Jonathan Newman, and Lucas A. Ferrara, will have re-formed a partnership under the same name: FINKELSTEIN NEWMAN FERRARA LLP.
In all other respects our firm shall remain unchanged and shall operate from the same offices.
All of our attorneys -- Robert Epstein, Melissa Ephron-Mandel, Suzanne Albin, Konstantinos Baltzis, Barry Gottlieb, Brian Zwaig, James Tracy, and Damon Howard -- and our entire staff will be remaining with the newly configured Finkelstein Newman Ferrara firm.
