It's time for a challenge.
While thumbing through a publication, we came across an advertisement hawking a number of physicians who had been featured in New York Magazine's "Best Doctors" issue
We found the full-page ad somewhat funny and were wondering if anyone can identify what struck us as humorous.

Back in June of this year, Norma Frade was the first person to post a correct response to our " BRONX I.Q. " challenge. Norma, a mother of two, and a paralegal with the Legal Aid Society (Benefits Unit), knew that of all the notables we had identified on our list, Rosie O'Donnell was the sole non-Bronxite.
