Each new year brings its share of changes. So why should 2007 be any different?
We're pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2007, Lucas A. Ferrara--my co-author, friend and colleague of some twenty years--has become a named partner of the firm. As a result, FINKELSTEIN NEWMAN LLP is now FINKELSTEIN NEWMAN FERRARA LLP.
Those of you who know Lucas, shouldn't be surprised by this development. Over the course of the last seven years he has become an indispensable part of the FINKELSTEIN NEWMAN family, expanding and improving the firm's practice areas and challenging attorneys both within and outside of the firm--by way of his thought-provoking, and often controversial, articles, blog posts and public-speaking engagements throughout the state--to think "outside the box," in order to secure creative and cost-effective solutions to the problems presented.
Over the coming months, you'll likely notice a series of changes to mark this new venture, including changes to our website design and e-mail addresses. But rest assured, our commitment to our clients and our profession remains unwavering. We shall continue to serve as leaders in the real-estate litigation arena and will work tirelessly to afford our clients the personalized attention and high level of service that they have come to expect and deserve. (My partners and I wouldn't have it any other way.)
