KANSAS MAN ARRESTED FOR STEALING 41 FIREARMS

USED A STOLEN U-HAUL TO PURLOIN PISTOLS FROM A MISSOURI GUN STORE

In a grand jury indictment unsealed in late April, FG (22) of Olathe, Kansas, is alleged to have stolen 41 firearms from a gun store in Raytown, Missouri.

The indictment alleges that on June 16, 2023, FG (and two others), used a stolen U-Haul truck to purloin the pistols (which were of different makes and calibers). On November 14, 2023, one of the stolen guns was reportedly found in Tracy, California. On December 19, 2023, another was found in Chihuahua, Mexico. While a third was found in Juarez, Mexico, on February 6, 2024.

In a written statement, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco noted that “Today’s charges demonstrate the power of crime gun intelligence and cooperation with Mexican law enforcement to stem the flow of firearms from the United States into Mexico — where they arm the violent cartels that flood our communities with deadly drugs …. By submitting information about recovered firearms to ATF’s eTrace system, Mexican law enforcement helped us link the alleged theft of firearms in Missouri to their international transport and recovery in Mexico.”

An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Would you say he's hotter than a pistol?
