“YOU’RE GONNA DIE”
Between October 31 and November 2, "K.B.B.," of Tooele, Utah, allegedly called a Palestinian rights organization and left about five voicemail messages stating things like, “You’re the enemy,” “You’re being catalogued,” “You’re gonna die,” and, “You’re dead people walking.”
Charged with “transmitting in interstate commerce a communication containing a threat to injure the person of another,” K.B.B. faces five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
A criminal complaint is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
