Because he repeatedly threatened to put his kid’s mother and her partner in a body bag, the Bronx County Family Court ultimately found P.B. guilty of “harassment in the second degree,” and ordered that he “stay away” from the woman for a year (until February 8, 2024).
Because it was of the view that because his threats served “no legitimate purpose,” and were said with “intent of seriously annoying or alarming her,” the Appellate Division, First Department, could discern no error and left the outcome undisturbed.
No staying away from that?
