HE DRUGGED SERVICE-MEMBERS AND STOLE THEIR POSSESSIONS

USED THEIR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS

A man from Bogota, Colombia pleaded guilty in late-January to “kidnapping and assaulting two U.S. Army soldiers” who were on duty in the City.

JAC (36), and his cronies, allegedly used drugs – like benzodiazepines -- to incapacitate the two individuals while they were drinking at a local pub. And once they lost consciousness, their wallets and cell phones were purloined and credit and debit cards were used to purchase merchandise and withdraw cash. (They were also physically removed from the establishment and separated.)

Extradited to the US back in May of 2023, JAC will face sentencing for “kidnapping an internationally protected person, conspiracy to kidnap an internationally protected person, assaulting an internationally protected person, and conspiracy to assault an internationally protected person.”

Would you consider that an alien abduction?
