OUT FILM CT — a volunteer, nonprofit cultural organization – presents “outstanding LGBTQ cinema and other theatrical events throughout the year, culminating in the nine-day Connecticut LGBTQ Film Festival,” which begins on October 6, 2023.▫️
Connecticut’s longest-running film festival, OUT FILM CT seeks “to introduce, celebrate and rediscover the ideas and values that make the LGBTQ community unique.”

TWOFOLD, written by Toto Bruin, and directed by Ella Greenwood, has been selected to screen at this year’s event. In this film, as New Year’s Eve festivities are underway above them, our protagonists have a chance encounter. But when they recognize each other from over a decade ago, fireworks ensue — with the project tackling such themes as love, deception, abuse of power, and lack of consent.
