MAN FACES 20 YEARS FOR ANTISEMITIC THREATS

TARGETED VICTIMS BASED ON THEIR ACTUAL OR PERCEIVED RELIGION

AB (67) was indicted by a federal grand jury for sending “threatening communications to Anti-Defamation League offices” throughout the USA.

Targeting individuals based on their “actual or perceived religion,” AB allegedly left voicemails threatening to “kill Jewish people” at the ADL offices in Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Texas.

If convicted, the man faces up to 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.

That guy certainly made some bad calls there.

An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
