27-YEAR-OLD THOUGHT HE WAS MEETING A 15-YEAR-OLD
BFP (27), of Las Cruces, New Mexico, was indicted in federal court on October 4 for “coercing and enticing a minor” because he believed he was meeting with a 15-year-old girl for purposes of engaging in sex acts with her.
Prior to their meeting, the guy is alleged to have had social media chats with an individual he thought was a minor.
If convicted, BFP faces at least a decade in prison.
An indictment is merely an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
Now was that childish or what?
