IT'S A LIMITLESS FLUORESCENT SKY
After his wife’s tragic death, a store owner (played by Martin Portlock) is harboring a great fear of the rapidly changing world around him and decides to confine his young daughter (Konstanza Firth-Radford) to the property; homeschooling and limiting her movements beyond the establishment. But with a new corporate competitor opening nearby, the shopkeeper battles for his business’s survival while his daughter longs to experience the world beyond.

This emotional film, Harry Tomlin’s first feature as director, was made on a crowdfunding budget of £10,000; backed by over 120 supporters. Originally set to shoot back in April of 2020, filming was postponed due to the Covid19-pandemic. But as the restrictions were slowly eased, the team eventually managed to complete principal photography by September of 2020, with post-production primarily undertaken remotely thereafter.

Despite the many challenges, the team’s dedication and hard work yielded a 92-minute compelling drama which was well received on the international festival circuit, earning such accolades as:
