This lavish abode sports over 7,450 sq. ft. of living space and is currently priced at $99.5 million – making it one of the most expensive homes in the state of California.
Sitting on over 3 acres of exquisitely manicured grounds above the secluded, and private, El Sol Beach in Malibu, this two-story residence capitalizes on the panoramic views of the ocean at every turn.
Westward-facing, (of course), the open, airy floor plan allows you to transition seamlessly through the main floor, where the Great Room combines the living, dining, and family areas, as well as the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The views from the Great Room are unmatched thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which allows guests to spill out onto the wraparound deck during those summer parties.
