Dear Colleagues:
On behalf of Queensboro Council for Social Welfare (QCSW) I’m happy to announce that the 25th Annual Reception honoring Queens Social Workers will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 from 2pm-4pm at HANAC – George T. Douris Tower in Astoria, NY. The event is co-sponsored by The NYC Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers and the Honorable Melinda Katz, Queens Borough President.
We have attached information on both the awards and reception.
The event is free both to attend and to nominate someone. The only requirement is that the recipient either be enrolled in a School of Social Work or have graduated from one and live or work within the Queens community.
