Lucas,
Speaker Paul Ryan has made it abundantly clear that his priority remains
repealing the Affordable Care Act.
In his first major address as speaker,
Congressman Ryan declared that the most urgent item on his agenda was to
come up with a plan to “replace every word” of the Affordable Care Act.
We’re all used to hearing this kind of bluster from Republicans,
but this is more serious. The new Speaker has both houses of Congress
on his side, and he’s extremely focused on using his power to dismantle
the Affordable Care Act piece by piece.
That’s why need to stand together and make sure Speaker Ryan doesn’t
get what he wants in 2016. The Affordable Care Act provides 17.6 million
Americans with health insurance -- repealing it would be downright disastrous
for middle class Americans.
Send a message to Speaker Ryan by standing with me and supporting access
to healthcare for all Americans. Sign your name and tell Speaker Ryan
not to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
Thank you,
Nancy
