This seminar is designed for owners and managers of rent regulated buildings with Section 8 tenants, and their counsel. This seminar will provide information on the laws that affect the rental of apartments to tenants with Section 8 vouchers. The panel will include City representatives from the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and the Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD). The seminar will provide an update on the current Section 8 policies and procedures including leases, renewal leases and inspection standards.
