Abstract:
In about 25,000 words, this draft article, to be published in volume 41 of the Capital University Law Review (2013), teaches law students how to win the oral round of an internal or external Moot Court competition. The advice will help law students survive the Moot Court part of their first-year legal-writing experience. But the co-authors of this article -- all winning Moot Court competitors and coaches -- do more than that: They reveal the secrets to winning a competition.
