39% Rate Their Personal Finances As Good or Excellent

The Rasmussen Consumer Index, which measures consumer confidence on a daily basis, rose three points on Saturday to 96.6. Consumer confidence is still down three points from a week ago, one point from a month ago and five points from three months ago.
Thirty-nine percent (39%) of adult consumers rate their personal finances as good or excellent, while 22% give their finances a poor rating.
