Hope this email finds you well. We are just 6 months out from the 2017 general election, and we need your help. Mayor de Blasio's birthday is this coming May, and there's nothing he would like more than for you to support his campaign. In celebration of the big day we are throwing a birthday bash at le Poisson Rouge in Manhattan on May 9th.
We are asking you to commit to hosting the event. Hosts are asked to bring 10 people to the event and raise $10,000. Please let us know if you will be joining and whether we should add your name to the invitation. There will be a special chair and host reception for people who serve on the host committee and their guests who give $1,000 or more.
General admission tickets are $100 a person, and people can give up to $4,950. If you are a New York City resident: The first $175 is matched 6-1. That means if you make a $100 contribution, it becomes $700.

City + non city residents: The maximum contribution is $4950 (unless you're doing business w the city. Those rules can be found below). All contributions must be personal. We can't accept any donations from corporations or LLCs. Checks should be made out to "de Blasio 2017."
