I’m furious, Lucas.
From reviving the anti-abortion global gag rule to signing an executive order to undermine health care for millions of Americans, President Trump has made clear that he will keep Americans from getting the care they need. And women’s health care access, including defunding Planned Parenthood, is at the top of his hit list.
We need to be clear about what this would do: It would block millions of Americans, mostly in low-income and rural communities, from accessing basic services like contraception and cancer screenings. And since Planned Parenthood is often the only service provider in these areas, patients would have nowhere else to turn.
We cannot let Republicans keep millions of women from receiving the care they need. I’m speaking out in the Senate, but I need your voice.
