BURAK PRESENTS LUNCH

Today's inedible offerings were: tapenade baked Nile perch (grilled vegetables and kaffir lime chive emulsion); orecchiette in a light pesto sauce (grilled chicken with wild mushroom); and spinach, pine nut and ricotta cannelloni (served with chunk tomato basil pesto).

While these dishes photographed nicely, they were dry, tasteless .... disappointing. Don't go to Ayada (Maldives) if you expect quality food or service.
