The Royal Suite @ Ayada (Maldives) was certainly quite nice, but is available at an extremely cost-prohibitive pricepoint.
The rest of the resort's rooms are average in size and furnishings. But given the very poor food and service, I wouldn't risk a visit here.
We were miserable the entire time. Delays and inattentiveness were key problems. We often waited two hours for our dinner to arrive. And when it finally did, it was cold; inedible. (SEE ADDITIONAL COMMENTARY HERE)
(So, based on my recent experience, I would urge you to try somewhere else.)
Luckily, there are plenty of better options available in the Maldives.
