I’m frustrated, too.
Maybe “Frustrated” isn’t a strong enough word anymore.
“Appalled.” “Outraged” maybe. The things coming
out of the Trump administration are appalling.
Executive orders that ban Muslims from entering the United States and
ban refugees from seeking a better life here. Cabinet nominees who clearly
don’t know their subject matter. Battles over Planned Parenthood
and net neutrality.
I’m frustrated/appalled/outraged, too. And if there were an easy
fix, I’d email it to you. But there isn’t. There’s only
one way to get through this:
Together.
We have to do what we’re good at: grow our grassroots movement,
one person at a time, and work over the long-term to fight against Trump’s
agenda. It involves lots of hard work. It involves taking action, signing
petitions, talking to your friends and family and getting them on board.
And yes, it involves me sending you emails like this one asking for money.
