Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions plan to use the Civil Rights division of
the Justice Department—which enforces affirmative action laws—to
roll back progress on civil rights.
They will investigate and sue universities that they believe have discriminatory
practices against white applicants, and are
actively recruiting right-wing lawyers to do so.

Supreme Court precedent has upheld the constitutionality of affirmative
action, and the country has benefited from more inclusive higher education
institutions.
Right now, all we know is from a memo acquired by the New York Times that
the Justice Department intends to do this. We don't know if they have
expended resources yet, so if we raise hell now we can stop it before
it does too much damage.
Sign the petition denouncing the Trump Administration for its assault on
