GEORGE V FILET STEAK $39 8 oz of Prime South American tenderloin served with caramelized onions, potato gratin, vegetables and red wine glaze. The potato gratin was inedible. I thought the red wine glaze overly sweetened the plate. @ Che!!! (Delray Beach, Florida)
