STAY HYDRATED!

Friends,

As the the temperature is rising this week and next, it is important that you have all the information you need to be safe and beat the heat.

Make sure you stay well hydrated, check in on your elderly neighbors, and if you see a child or pet locked in a car, please call 911 immediately. Here are more useful tips about beating the heat.

Throughout New York City there are cooling centers that you can also take advantage of if temperatures in your home are too high. These centers are located in public libraries and spaces in all five boroughs and you can find your nearest location here.

Please be safe and enjoy this Sunday.
