WARMTH FOR ANIMALS

Winter is coming: It won't be long until much of the country is buried under snow. This is a time of year when there is a higher risk for serious, life-threatening emergencies due to the weather, which is especially true for animals left out in the cold.

Homeless, neglected and abandoned animals will soon face the harsh winter with little protection from the elements. Temperatures will drop. Food will be scarce. For many, there won't be any warm laps or cozy beds to help stop the shivering. For dogs, cats and horses in need, winter is frigid, dark and lonely. That is why we so desperately need your help today.

Every year, local authorities turn to the ASPCA for assistance during these icy months. Through grants and in-person deployments, we help rescue, rehabilitate and care for animal victims of cruelty and neglect. The requests only become more challenging each time the mercury dips. We can't be there for these animals in need without your support.

This year, as you sit down to budget your holiday spending, and as you pick out the perfect gifts for everyone on your list—please remember the dogs, cats and horses who are left out in the cold. Make a gift today to help save at-risk animals this winter and all year long.
