OUT OF ORDER

Wesley B. took an appeal after he was found guilty of disorderly conduct and ordered to stay away from Zakeima B.'s home and place of employment for a year.

Because he was allegedly intoxicated when he went to Zakeima's building, yelled profanity outside her apartment door for some 15 minutes, and also stomped on a bag of food that had been delivered to the lady's apartment, the Appellate Division, First Department, thought that Wesley's behavior was "disruptive" and volative of law.

What do you take away from that?
