Friends,
I want to wish a happy and peaceful Passover to all those who celebrate
this meaningful holiday.
On this holiday, we remember the pain and struggle that the Jewish people
endured as slaves in Egypt. But we also remember their resilience in their
decades-long quest for a home that was free from slavery and oppression.
But today, there are still millions of people throughout the world who
are searching for a place to call home, having been displaced by war,
violence and hatred. Let this holiday serve as a reminder to all of us
of the struggle that still exists in the world and that we can all play
a part in supporting those seeking a better and safer life.
A Zissen Passover and Chag Sameach!
Sincerely,
Letitia James
