CHARLIE'S NO LAME DUCK

Dear Lucas,

Some elected officials might start to slow down in their final term in Congress before retirement. But Charlie Rangel isn’t like most elected officials. Like President Obama, Charlie is at full throttle and wants to finish his last term strong. Every day Charlie works as hard as he’s always done. We’re not the only ones who noticed.
