Lisa Knee is a Tax Partner with over 20 years of experience advising and
serving families and owners of closely held businesses. Her expertise
ranges across a variety of industries including hotel, real estate, financial
services, aviation and restaurant sectors. She has advised leading real
estate owners, operators and developers on acquisitions, re-financings,
like-kind exchanges, joint venture arrangements and structuring rehabilitation
tax credits. She has also served as an advisor to numerous hotel and hospitality
clients and world-renowned restaurants groups.

Melissa Burch, Executive General Manager - New York, Lend Lease
Prior to joining Lend Lease, Burch served as executive vice president
for Forest City Ratner Companies where she had overall responsibility
for commercial and residential development. She oversaw the development
of the Pacific Park project, the 22-acres development formerly called
Atlantic Yards that includes the Barclays Center and eight million s/f
of new rental and condominium housing, office, retail space, and eight
acres of public open space. In addition, Burch spearheaded various projects
throughout the New York City region and supervised the on-going leasing
of Forest City Ratner’s office and residential operating portfolios.

Brad Klatt, Managing Partner, Canoe Brook Management
Mr. Klatt is the Managing Partner of Canoe Brook Management which oversees
the Family Office of the Goldberg, Klatt and Tycher families- founders
of Roseland Property Company. At its sale in 2012, Roseland was a multi-billion
dollar full service real estate organization primarily involved in the
development and construction of large scale multi-phase high density mixed
use and luxury residential properties throughout the northeastern United
States. With strong historical expertise in land use, construction and
property management, as well as its portfolio of more than 10,000 units
of multifamily properties, Roseland developed annually more than $500
million in luxury multi-family rental projects. Prior to founding Roseland,
Mr. Klatt was a senior officer of Goldman Sachs where he established its
Principal Investment Department.

Together with Partner Robert A. Knakal, whom he met at Coldwell, he founded
Massey Knakal Realty Services, the New York metropolitan area’s
premier full service brokerage firm. With over 225 employees serving more
than 200,000 property owners, Massey Knakal Realty Services was ranked
New York’s #1 investment sales firm in volume for the 13th consecutive
year by CoStar Group, a national independent tracking agency. With more
than $2 billion in annual sales, Massey Knakal was also ranked as one
of the nation’s largest privately owned real estate brokerage firms.
As CEO of Massey Knakal, Mr. Massey oversaw the direction and growth of
the company. He led the development of the firm’s strategic initiatives
including geographic expansion as well as the growth of the firm’s
service lines. On January 1, 2015, Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey
Knakal and Mr. Massey was appointed President, New York Investment Sales.

Toby Moskovitz, CEO, Heritage Partners
Toby Moskovits is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage
Equity Partners, a family office advisory firm based in NYC. Heritage
works with a global network of entrepreneurs and their families, supporting
their diversification efforts in acquiring control and minority stakes
in operating companies and real estate. Toby has had a long history working
with families around the world, both at Heritage and in her previous roles,
and has developed a specific expertise guiding the 2nd generation in the
art of strategic diversification outside of the family’s core business.
