Dear Lucas,
This year marks the 187th anniversary of the publication of Noah Webster’s
An American Dictionary of the English Language. And in honor of that, I’ve got a few MVP-related suggestions Mr.
Webster would have been proud of.
GRASSROOTICAL
/ˈgras-rüt-ti-kəl/ (adj.): Of or having to do with a group of dedicated individuals, coming
together to support political candidates or causes that reflect their values.
A.k.a -- you, me, and our entire team at Midwest Values PAC.
TENACIFORTITUDABILITY
/təˈnasə-ˈfȯr-tə-tüd-ə-ˈbi-lə-tē/ (noun): The courage to stand up and fight for middle class families. (And
this entry should be accompanied by small pictures of every one of our MVPs).
And of course:
DONATE
/ˈdō-nāt/ (verb): The act by a group of individuals to influence their political process
by contributing $5 or $10 to support MVP and our candidates.
It’s our job here at MVP to support candidates that will fight for
middle class values. It’s a big job. Thanks for helping us do it.
Al
P.S. Another thing you won’t find in Mr. Webster’s dictionary?
My patented P.S. ask:
Please give $5 or $10 right now.
