Clergy for Patterson

Dear Neighbor,

It's not every day we write a letter in support of a political candidate. However, we felt compelled because we need a State Assemblywoman who is on our side fighting for our families; not special interests.

ON TUESDAY, MAY 5th, WE URGE YOU TO JOIN US IN VOTING FOR DISTRICT LEADER SHIRLEY PATTERSON FOR STATE ASSEMBLY. SHIRLEY IS THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS IMPORTANT JOB.
We trust District Leader Shirley Patterson. She has lived in our district her whole life and in that time she fought to keep SUNY Downstate open and public and raised reading and math scores as a School Board Member. Shirley has fought to preserve the character of neighborhoods and to protect our affordable housing stock. And Shirley fights for everyone, which is why she’ll make sure we pass the Women’s Equality Act and the DREAM Act in Albany.

We now have the opportunity to make real change in Albany. Shirley Patterson is always working and always delivering for us. She will work hard to champion the issues that matter most to us.
We took the time to write to you because this is a critical election and EVERY SINGLE VOTE IS GOING TO COUNT ON TUESDAY, MAY 5th. We hope you will join us in voting for the experience our communities need. Our choice for State Assembly is Shirley Patterson .
