Man, that was fast.
The FCC voted only weeks ago to adopt rules that protect net neutrality.
And ALREADY the big telecom companies are suing to get rid of them.
They will do everything they can to reverse our victory. That’s
why I need you to stand with me for net neutrality -- again.

The companies say they’re suing so soon after the vote “out
of an abundance of caution.” That’s one way to put it. Another,
more accurate, way to put it would be to say that they’re suing
because they don’t like net neutrality.
Net neutrality levels the playing field for businesses and protects free
speech online. Net neutrality also means that telecom companies can’t
charge extra for “fast lanes” -- you can see why the Internet
service providers don’t like it.
They can try to use the courts to roll back the progress we’ve made.
But no matter what they do, we’ll be there to fight for the most
important free speech issue of our time.
