UPPER WEST SIDE ROAD CLOSURES FOR BALLOON INFLATION

The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) wishes to inform its licensees about important road closures this evening (Wednesday, November 26, 2014) occurring on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Balloon Inflation.

Beginning at 3:00 P.M. today and extending to 11:00 P.M., the roads surrounding the Museum of Natural History from Central Park West to Amsterdam Ave and West 81st Street to West 76th Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic.

In addition, the West 79th Street Transverse will be closed.

Expect extensive delays in the area. Please consider alternate routes.
