There is just so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, especially
the honor of having been reelected by you this month and having your continued trust.
Whether it's helping a homeless veteran get off the street or cutting
through the red tape for local seniors, these kinds of victories make
all of our hard work worth the effort. It is truly humbling to be able
to represent you in Congress and to serve those in need.

As folks across New York and the country gather around the dinner table
to enjoy Thanksgiving, please join me in reflecting on how we can continue
to help the less fortunate. Also, please take a moment to note the sacrifices
our brave troops and their families have made while serving our country.
