The Koch brothers' group, Americans for Prosperity, and their special interest allies are making a statement: I'm their top Senate target, and they're going to spend whatever they can to replace me with someone who will push their agenda.
We can't hold anything back, either.

Why are these special interest heavy hitters spending so much money against me? It's pretty simple -- they want a North Carolina Senator in their back pockets. So when they show up in Washington demanding tax breaks for companies that ship jobs overseas, or anything else on their anti-middle class agenda, they have allies.
I will not be an ally for Karl Rove and the Kochs. I'm fighting for the middle class, so they're making me their top target for defeat.
