You may know me by one of my many nicknames: The Nuge, The Motor City Madman,
or Uncle Ted.
My name is Ted Nugent, known for more than 50 blazing years of hardcore
dedication to God, family, country and my profession as a dangerous guitar
slayer, as well as my unstoppable we the people gungho advocacy for our
American hunting traditions, 2nd Amendment rights and all our Constitutionally
guaranteed God given, self-evident truth driven individual rights.
But this note isn't about me. It's about my good friend and a great American patriot warrior, Sheriff
Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Arizona.
I'm writing because Sheriff Joe urgently needs your help.
As you may know, Sheriff Joe has a few nicknames too...some coined by
friends and a few by foes. None of them suits him better than "America's
Toughest Sheriff," and boy has he been proven right when it comes
to the lawless situation on our nation's southern border!
Sheriff Joe has been saying for years that the situation on our nation's
border has been growing more and more chaotic, out-of-control and dangerous.
He has served as a bold proponent of restoring law and order, and holding
our federal government accountable for its failures.
In turn, Sheriff Joe has become a top target of the open border-loving,
liberal-left media, and Washington, D.C. political establishment -- including
Barack Obama and his so called Justice Department.
The humanitarian and security DISASTER going on right now is a direct
result of Obama's failed immigration policies, and his response to
the current crisis has been exactly what we expected, WEAK.
This current administration and its allies continue to undermine our nation's
laws and support sweeping amnesty for illegal aliens, and truth be told,
it's all about political gain for them.
Sheriff Joe is standing up and fighting for us. So, we need to stand and
fight with him.
