Protests over a grand jury's decision not to indict New York City police officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of Eric Garner have stretched to Capitol Hill.
More than a hundred African-American congressional staffers, including Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings, gathered on the steps of the capitol with their hands up to symbolize their frustration after the deaths of Eric Garner and Michael Brown.
