I love Queens. I grew up here, and today I have the honor of representing it in Congress.
That's why I was so proud to see it recognized by Lonely Planet as the #1 place to visit in 2015! For those of us already familiar with Queens, we know how special a place it is – and now it appears the (not so) secret is out.

Queens has so much to offer, but the best of our borough can be seen in its people. We are a diverse melting pot, and our communities are founded on inclusiveness and the importance of hard work.
I'm so proud of where we live, and am glad that it is getting some well-deserved attention!
