In just under 200 days, the polls will be closing in North Carolina.
The Koch brothers, Karl Rove, and the other special interests will probably use most of those days to attack my record. They've spent over $10 million on ads already.
Once the polls close, it will be too late to fight back. That's why we have to take action now. Help us hit our $120,000 goal with a $5 contribution today.
Every day matters. Each dollar you give allows us to build a grassroots effort that can't be beat -- not by the Koch brothers, not by Karl Rove, not by any special interest group.
We can't lose sight of what's at stake. Medicare as we know it is at risk. Women's access to health care services could be taken away.
The Koch brothers and Karl Rove may be in charge of special interest groups -- but they are not in charge of our elections. We need to keep fighting every day for the next 200 days to make sure we come out ahead.
