NO KID-DING

After determining that a father's request for custody was "economically motivated," the Monroe County Supreme Court awarded "sole custody and primary physical residence" to the kid's mom. And it further directed that the dad continue to pay 40% of the youngster's elementary school costs.

On appeal, the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, affirmed the outcome. It was of the view that the father was more concerned about the cost of child support, placed his needs above those of his son, and that the mom was a "more fit" parent.

He had to be bent out of shape over that.
