When Mitchell Low failed to pay his share of certain property expenses, his partner -- George Robb -- filed suit in New York County Supreme Court seeking to recover those sums.
But because he waited too long to collect the monies, both the New York Country Supreme Court and the Appellate Division, First Department, were of the view that Robb's claims were time-barred and that his case couldn't proceed.
That, was a Low blow.
