Ken announced the commencement of an Upper West Side Listening Tour to introduce himself to neighbors and hear their issues firsthand. Ken will be available, regardless of rain, snow or temperature outside, on our streets, every single day during the month of January. He'll be speaking to people at subway stops, in front of businesses, schools and senior centers, all to make sure the people of our community are heard.
"This is a new year, and it is time for renewed energy for the future of the Upper West Side. That is why I will stand outside every single day in January - going directly to residents of the Upper West Side - to hear the issues they care about most," stated Ken. "This is a grassroots campaign, with a focus on engaging voters in the political process. 2013 will be a transformative election and I will be out there day after day to make sure everyone is heard. I look forward to hearing from all West Siders about what's needed to keep moving our City forward. "
