A few of our friends did a little investigating, and here's what they're telling us about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's new Bel Air mansion:
The house was first listed April 2011, and sold January 30, 2013, so it took about 21 months for the house to get picked up.
The prior owners purchased the property back in April 2007 for $10,175,000. They first listed it in April 2011, for $11,400,000 and dropped the asking to $10,750,000 on Dec. 5, 2012.
Kim and Kanye sealed the deal on January 30 for a cool $9,000,000.
What a steal!
