Leading practitioners, regulators, and professors from New York City and Albany will review the past year’s most significant developments in New York State environmental law. Featured topics will include proposed regulations for high volume hydraulic fracturing, new developments under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, recent activities in the Department of Environmental Conservation and state legislature, and more. Light refreshments will be served at 8 AM.
