Seven-hour Election Day lines could be coming to North Carolina thanks to a new Republican voting law, and Rachel Maddow has identified where Republicans are going furthest to prevent Democrats from voting:

Republicans in nearly three-dozen states are pursuing these tactics, but this North Carolina law is being called the most extreme voting law since the 1965 Voting Rights Act was passed.
